The meeting was held in a narrow, business-like format, which allowed for a substantive discussion of the key results of the socio-economic development of the region for 2021-2025 and plans for the new five-year period in light of the decisions of the All-Belarusian People's Congress.
Opening the dialogue, Mikhail Leonidovich emphasized the increased role and significance of the decisions of the All-Belarusian People's Congress, which determine the country's development strategy for years to come. He outlined the main priorities approved at the Congress, which will form the basis of state programs: national and demographic security, human potential development, creation of a comfortable living environment, technological modernization of the economy, development of strong regions, strengthening of defense capabilities, and realization of tourism potential.
