The creative evening "Stage - Territory of Love" will be held at the theatre on the actress's anniversary, January 26. Svetlana Okrujnaya will celebrate her birthday with devoted and grateful spectators, admirers of the actress's talent. The programme includes monologues, excerpts from plays, archival videos, the actress's memories of theatrical life over the years, about herself and her colleagues, as well as performances by Kolas Theatre actors and guests, and, of course, anniversary congratulations.
A large number of guests are expected at the theatre on this day. The celebration will begin at 7:00 PM.
Svetlana Okrujnaya has been devotedly serving the Vitebsk theatre since 1969. During this time, she has created many vivid theatrical images, played a large number of memorable roles, including in cinema (over 60), for which she has been awarded high honours, including the Medal and Order of Francysk Skaryna, and the Belarusian Union of Theatre Workers' award "Crystal Pavlinka". For 8 years (2000-2008), she was a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus. She is a laureate of the Z. Tusnolobova-Marchenko regional award "For Maternal Courage" and others.
