On 30.11.2021 at 00:15, an unemployed resident of Dokshytsy, while in the hunting grounds of the Dokshytsy District Department of the RGOO BOOR, was hunting without a proper permit. The citizen was detained by inspectors. A TOZ-63 16-gauge hunting rifle was seized from the citizen. An administrative protocol was drawn up against this citizen under Part 1 of Article 16.27 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus.
The Dokshytsy District Court imposed a fine of 290 Belarusian rubles (10 base units) on the aforementioned citizen and revoked his state hunting license.
The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora reminds that fines and revocations are not worth momentary gain.
