Insufficient discipline among cyclists and moped riders often leads to road traffic accidents.

Therefore, from June 16 to June 20, 2022, preventive measures will be carried out in the Lepel district to prevent road traffic accidents involving cyclists and moped riders.

As part of these measures, traffic police officers will conduct preventive discussions and patrols in settlements and adjacent roads to monitor and prevent traffic violations by cyclists and moped riders. Motorcycle units of the State Automobile Inspectorate will also be on duty in the region as part of these measures.

If intoxicated cyclists or moped riders are detected, or those without a driving license, or if they commit actions that pose a threat to road safety, please report this to the Internal Affairs Department by calling 102.
