First day: Address by the President with a Message to the Belarusian people and parliament.

Second day: Approval of the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Belarus for 2026-2030.

Program-2030 includes seven key priorities: 1. National Demographic Security 2. Human Potential Development and Quality Education 3. Creation of a Comfortable Living Environment 4. Growth of Competitiveness and Digital Transformation 5. Strong Regions 6. Strengthening Defense Capability 7. Realization of Tourism Potential

Each of these priorities is filled with specific tasks to achieve the set goals. The delegates of the All-Belarusian People's Congress also considered personnel and financing issues of the congress.

OPINION:

Mikhail Kiselevich, Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee:
- The Address of our President to the Belarusian people and Parliament is the vector defining the country's development. It is not only a strategic guideline indicating the main directions of socio-economic development for the near future, but also ideas that consolidate society in the face of unprecedented external pressure. The President's Address is the foundation for the development and progress of the Republic of Belarus for many years to come. The Head of State raised the most important issues for society: war and peace, independence and well-being, security and quality. It was the speech of a political leader outlining the image of Belarus's future. It was a deep analysis and, at the same time, a direct call to action. We heard a detailed and practically significant answer to the question "what is patriotism?". After all, it is not just a feeling, but a multitude of concrete actions aimed at making the life of the country and its people better. And how this will be implemented is clearly prescribed in the program of socio-economic development of Belarus for the five-year period. Each direction outlined in the program is aimed at improving the quality of life in every corner of the country, including in small rural settlements.

Viktor Azarenok, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
- The President's Address was, as always, sincere, honest, and from the heart. The overall impression of the address: the Head of State clearly understands the direction in which we need to move in order to develop successfully and dynamically while preserving our sovereignty and building constructive relations with the world. The main message of the President's Address is that we do not know what the world will be like tomorrow, but the future of Belarus depends on Belarusians. Time has chosen us, and this is a time for concrete actions. I am deeply convinced that everything said by the Head of State found a powerful response in the hearts of every delegate of the VNS, every Belarusian.

Veronika Khombak, Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee:
- "The focus is on people and the future of Belarus." This document, in essence, is a roadmap for the country for the next five years, defining the directions for economic growth, social policy, regional development, and people's quality of life. Behind every figure, behind every word, lies the future of every Belarusian. The program is based on real needs and the priorities of the people. It takes into account the priorities of regional development: how our regions should develop, what industries should be created. Everything related to people is a priority. Issues of demography, support for family, motherhood and childhood, life expectancy and quality of life are the foundation for all other areas: from the economy to regional development.

Andrey Bolotnik, delegate of the All-Belarusian People's Congress, deputy of the Lepel District Council of Deputies, director of KUPP "Borovka":
- The President emphasized that in the face of severe Western sanctions, our economy not only withstood but also continued to develop. We have endured, and that is the main thing. The Head of State's address underscores confidence in the country's future, despite external difficulties. Belarus is ready to move forward confidently, maintaining its position on the international stage and developing cooperation with reliable partners. The most important priorities for the state remain the care for citizens, ensuring economic growth, and protecting national interests. We must focus on strengthening the domestic market, supporting domestic producers, and creating new jobs. Only in this way can we ensure the stable development and well-being of our people in the face of global challenges.
