On February 5, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 50, which provides for the construction of the National Historical Museum of Belarus and the People's Unity Park in the Orlovskaya Street area in Minsk in 2025-2027, as well as the creation of a permanent museum exhibition. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Head of State.
The museum has been granted the status of an All-Belarusian Youth Construction Project, in which young people under 31 years of age can participate, including as part of student teams.
The implementation of the decree will contribute to fostering a sense of pride in their country and a sense of belonging to its history, cultural and spiritual heritage among Belarusians.
