Belarus and the Czech Republic have agreed to hold inter-ministerial consultations in Prague in 2021.

Valery Kurdyukov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Czech Republic, met with Martin Smolek, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"During the meeting, the parties discussed practical issues of Belarusian-Czech cooperation in the consular sphere," the statement reads.

The parties agreed to hold the next round of Belarusian-Czech inter-ministerial consultations on consular matters in 2021 in Prague.
