At least 95% of the agricultural machinery available to agricultural organisations must be ready for spring field work by March 25, 2015. This requirement is stipulated in Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 1210 of December 20 of the current year "On measures to prepare agricultural organisations for field work, create a stable fodder base and harvest crops in 2015," as reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian government.

This requirement is stipulated in Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 1210 of December 20 of the current year "On measures to prepare agricultural organisations for field work, create a stable fodder base and harvest crops in 2015," as reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian government.

The same volume of machinery for fodder grass harvesting must be prepared by May 15, and for harvesting grain and leguminous crops, as well as for primary processing and storage of grain – by June 20 of the next year.

The Ministry of Industry is tasked with ensuring, in 2015, the servicing of agricultural machinery manufactured by producer organisations, and the supply of units, parts and other spare parts to technical (dealer) centres in accordance with the nomenclature and quantity that will allow for timely and high-quality preparation of machinery and maintain an irreducible stock thereof during field work. In addition, the Ministry of Industry will be required to exercise constant control over the technical condition of machinery during the warranty and post-warranty periods of operation.

The document approves, in particular, the volumes of diesel fuel and motor gasoline to be purchased by agricultural organisations and flax factories in the next year – 750 thousand tonnes and 60 thousand tonnes, respectively. This includes 187.5 thousand tonnes of diesel fuel and 14.7 thousand tonnes of gasoline for spring field work; 166 thousand tonnes and 11.4 thousand tonnes for fodder harvesting, respectively; 188.6 thousand tonnes and 10.7 thousand tonnes for harvesting grain crops and flax, respectively; and 124.8 thousand tonnes of diesel fuel and 9.9 thousand tonnes of motor gasoline for autumn field work.

The Resolution comes into force from the date of entry into force of the Law "On the Republican Budget for 2015".
