Thus, the district prosecutor's office received a petition from the educational institution where the defendant studied, to file a lawsuit with the court due to the young man's refusal to voluntarily reimburse the funds spent on training.
During the inspection, it was established that a resident of Novopolotsk city graduated in 2022 and was assigned to one of the enterprises in Polotsk District. Having worked for just over a year, the young specialist decided that the job was not interesting to him and began to commit truancy without valid reasons.
As a consequence, he was dismissed and received a letter with a proposal to pay the state over 5.5 thousand rubles.
During the court hearing, the defendant admitted the claim.
By the court's decision, the prosecutor's claims were fully satisfied.
