cyclists and pedestrians using personal electric mobility devices (PEMDs) must reduce their speed in advance and, having ensured that entering the roadway is safe, cross it at a walking pace;
use protective gear;
do not ride on an electric scooter with two people on the device (unless otherwise provided by the PEMD design) and without holding the handlebars (if available);
do not forget about the maximum permissible speed - 25 km/h.
