December 11, Lepel /Own correspondent/. Reducing the volume of unfinished construction and the timelines for erecting buildings and structures is one of the tasks for achieving the main goal of construction policy in the long term.
There are more than a dozen residential buildings under construction by individual developers with exceeding standard timelines. Along with the lack of necessary financial resources for most citizens, economic incentives that encourage individual developers to complete construction or alienate unfinished houses have not yet been developed. The measures to reduce the number of over-standard unfinished construction for this year include 22 facilities. The completion of erection of 20 facilities and the sale of two facilities are envisaged.
