November 11, Minsk /BELTA correspondent/. In the Beshenkovichi district of the Vitebsk region, a low-water bridge over the Ulla River has been flooded due to heavy rains. This was reported to BELTA by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus. Since the beginning of November, 73 mm of precipitation has fallen in the district, compared to the ten-day norm of 18 mm, resulting in the flooding of the low-water bridge near the village of Ulianovka. The water level above the bridge deck is 10-15 cm. The report of the incident was received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations on November 10. The road bridge over the Ulla River was built in 1960. As a result of the flooding, access to the village of Ulianovka is difficult. The settlement has 37 residential buildings, with a population of 77 people, including 8 school-aged children. There is a detour road via the village of Balbinovo in the Ushachi district. A 5-person boat has been deployed for crossing the Ulla River. -0-
