Information about the Facility: As a result of the reconstruction of the building specialised for education and upbringing, located at: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Gorsky Rural Council, agro-town Gorki, Shkolnaya Street, 42, production of BIO-ACTIVATOR for soil based on natural zeolites will be organised, as well as the creation of an experimental facility for year-round cultivation of greens.

Project Goal: Development, creation and production of environmentally safe organic fertilisers – meliorants using natural zeolite and vermicompost for use in environmentally oriented agriculture.

Public Discussion Procedure

Public discussion will be held from 2 August 2019 to 27 August 2019.
From 2 August 2019 to 17 August 2019, there will be an exhibition (exposition) of the project.

Individuals, their associations, and legal entities may participate in the public discussion. During the public discussion of the project, participants are entitled to submit written or electronic comments and proposals to the organisers.

Comments and suggestions from citizens must include the citizen's full name, their place of residence or work (study) address, and their personal signature (except for electronic submissions); for legal entities, the name of the legal entity, its location, the full name of the head, and the head's personal signature, certified by the legal entity's seal.

Comments and suggestions from the public are accepted during the public discussion period and are reviewed by the architectural and urban planning council formed by the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
