Information about the facility.
The site for the construction of an apartment building is located in the existing residential area of Domzheritsy village, Lepel District. The construction area (estimated) is 1080 sq.m.
The project provides for the construction of car parking spaces for residents' passenger cars for 33 parking spaces. Courtyard areas are designed for children's play and recreation. Recreation areas are equipped with benches and bins. Playgrounds for active leisure are equipped with sports and play equipment.
A separate waste collection area (paper, glass, plastic containers, food waste) is located at a normative distance from the windows of residential buildings and playgrounds. Green spaces are present in the area. The adjacent territory is landscaped, and lawns of low, hard-wearing grass are laid.
The placement of the residential building ensures the required duration of solar exposure for each apartment and does not affect the surrounding yard area.
The designed apartment building is a four-story structure consisting of two standard sections. The roof is pitched without a technical floor, with organized drainage. The area of the residential building is 2232.2 sq. m., the total area of the apartments is 1662.16 sq. m., and the living area is 798.64 sq. m. The building, made of precast reinforced concrete structures, meets modern floor plan requirements, guaranteeing a high level of comfort and energy efficiency.
The architectural and layout solutions of the residential building are adopted in accordance with the approved modernized standard block sections "Ten-story 40-apartment block sections of modernized existing series 111-108. Adjustment":
-block-section 111-108-5.10, shortened with a left end termination, with a set of 1-1-2-2 apartments;
-block-section 111-108-6.10, shortened with a right end termination, with a set of 1-1-2-2 apartments.
Number of apartments in the building – 32, including:
- one-room – 16 units;
- two-room – 16 units.

Procedure for conducting public discussions
The public discussion will commence on August 12, 2019, and conclude on September 5, 2019, inclusive.
The exhibition and other materials can be viewed from August 12, 2019, to August 26, 2019, inclusive, daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 to 17:00 in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel, Leninskaya Street, bld. 6.
Comments and/or proposals regarding the public discussion will be accepted during the period of the public discussion from August 12, 2019, to September 5, 2019, inclusive. Written comments and/or proposals can be submitted from 8:00 to 17:00 in the public discussion logbook located in office No. 107 of the Lepel District Executive Committee; by postal service: 211174, Vitebsk Region, Lepel, Leninskaya Street, bld. 6; via the Internet website: lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by.
The submitted comments and/or proposals regarding the public discussion of the object will be forwarded for consideration to the Architectural and Urban Planning Council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, represented by the Chief Architect of the Vitebsk Region, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Yu. Ch. Vyzhikovsky.
The project's objective is to meet the demand for housing.
