Notice of public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the facility "SPA complex with hotel rooms" at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, on the land plot with cadastral number 222700000001000702.

Client: Limited Liability Company "LODE".

Information about the facility: the construction site for the complex is located within the boundaries of the land plot leased by LLC "LODE" in the Lepel district, on a peninsula near the village of Novoye Lyadno, Lepel rural council.

The project envisages the construction of a three-story building with a total area of 3.6 thousand sq.m. The first floor will accommodate a swimming pool, medical baths, and a dining room; the second floor will house medical offices (therapy, diagnostics, dentistry, treatment rooms); the third floor will feature rooms for recreation (for 60-80 people). Additional service personnel of 50-60 people will be involved to service the medical building. This project plans to provide a wide range of services in the field of health and beauty industry, allowing guests to relax from everyday worries, find harmony with themselves, and gain new life energy.

Procedure for conducting public discussion

The public discussion will commence on July 8, 2019, and conclude on August 1, 2019, inclusive.

Project materials can be reviewed from July 8, 2019, to July 22, 2019, daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel, Leninskaya St., 6.

Comments and/or proposals regarding the public discussion will be accepted during the period of the public discussion from July 8, 2019, to August 1, 2019, inclusive. Written comments and/or proposals can be submitted from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the public discussion logbook located in office No. 107 of the Lepel District Executive Committee; by postal service to: 211174, Vitebsk region, Lepel, Leninskaya St., 6; or via the Internet at: lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by.

Received comments and/or proposals regarding the public discussion of the object will be forwarded for consideration to the Architectural and Urban Planning Council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, represented by the Chief Architect of the Vitebsk Region, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Yu.Ch. Vyzhikovsky.
