"Under the skillful leadership of the Central Committee, the Communist Party of Vietnam is confidently overcoming the crisis caused by the coronavirus infection pandemic and remains one of the shining examples of economic growth in Southeast Asia," the congratulatory message reads.

The Head of State noted that a high level of political dialogue has been achieved between Minsk and Hanoi, which contributes to the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation in all sectors.

"The further development of Belarusian-Vietnamese relations, including the successful implementation in Vietnam of joint projects for the production of trucks and dairy products, fully meets the long-term interests of our states, and will also benefit the economies of other countries in the region," Alexander Lukashenko is convinced.
