The process of forming the mission is currently underway. The CIS Executive Committee has sent invitations to the Commonwealth countries requesting them to nominate their representatives. It is planned that CIS observers will work in all regions of the country. On election day, they will be present at polling stations from the moment they open until the completion of the vote count.
