From 12.02.2019 to 12.03.2019, employees of the supervision and prevention inspectorate of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of OJSC "Vitebskhleboprom" SPP "Prozhektor", Sloboda village, Molodezhnaya St., 27a (Director – Demko Alexander Viktorovich).
During the work carried out, it was established that violations of fire safety legislation were identified at the facility, namely: "General fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises and other facilities owned by business entities" approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 7 of 23.11.2017 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship", specifically:
the fire extinguisher is in a faulty condition (seal is missing, hose with nozzle is broken);
Administrative building, Sloboda village:
- the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means (one faulty fire extinguisher is available (recharge date has expired));
MTF "Sloboda", Sloboda village:
 - the fire extinguisher is in a faulty condition (rest room) (seal is missing, hose with nozzle is damaged);
- the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means (boiler room) (fire extinguishers are missing);
- combustible materials are stored at the facility in fire breaks between buildings (waste is stored directly against the wall of the cowshed);
Grain storage (mill), Sloboda village:
 - the fire extinguisher is in a faulty condition (hose with nozzle is missing);
MTF "Daliki":
- the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means (one serviceable fire extinguisher is available);
Svyaditsa Farm:
- the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means (fire extinguishers are missing);
Locksmith workshop building, Sloboda village:
- a non-factory-made heat-generating apparatus is in operation;
Welding shop, Sloboda village:
- a non-factory-made heat-generating apparatus is in operation.
The monitoring showed that the management of the above-mentioned facility needs to treat the requirements of technical normative legal acts of the fire safety standardization and certification system more seriously, and to carry out fire safety measures at a higher quality level in order to prevent emergencies.
