By the Resolution of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated January 23, 2019, No. 33 "On Measures to Fulfill the Targets for 2019 for the Construction and Commissioning of Residential Buildings Area", Lepel District was assigned a target for the construction and commissioning of residential buildings area of 14,462 sq. meters, including 6,500 sq. meters for individual residential houses.

For January – December 2019, approximately 15,000 sq.m. of housing were commissioned using all sources of funding.

Approximately 7,000 sq. meters of housing were commissioned by individual developers.

In 2019, three apartment buildings with a total area of 7,962 sq. meters of housing were commissioned in the Lepel District, including:

  • An apartment building at 38B Sovetskaya Street in Lepel, with a total area of 1,985 sq. meters;
  • An apartment building at 38V Sovetskaya Street in Lepel, with a total area of 2,265 sq. meters;
  • An apartment building in Borovka village, Borovskoye rural council, with a total area of 3,711 sq. meters.

In these residential buildings, 59 large families improved their housing conditions, being provided with 60 apartments with a total area of 2,391.44 sq. meters of housing, exceeding the target of 50 families.

In addition to housing construction projects, the construction of the facility "Construction of a Retail Facility at Chuykov Street in Lepel, Vitebsk Region" was completed in 2019. The developer is the private enterprise "Rio - Rio Grad". The total area of the retail facility will be 1,270 sq. meters, with a sales area of 566 sq. meters.

As part of achieving the targets of the State Program "Housing Construction" for 2020, the development of urban planning documentation "Detailed Plan of the Apartment Housing Development Area of the 'North-Eastern' Microdistrict, Vitebskaya and Gospitalnaya Street Area in Lepel" is planned. This documentation will provide for the construction of apartment housing, primarily using eclectic energy for heating, hot water supply, and cooking.

Planned

amendment of the urban planning project "Detailed Development Plan of the Central Part of Lepel Town". This project will allow for the placement of housing and social facilities on vacant land along Chuykov Street in Lepel, in accordance with design requirements and current legislation.

In 2020, the development of urban planning documentation for the project "Detailed Plan 'Zapadny' in Lepel" will be completed. This covers the area of Polotsky Trakt Street and Polevaya Street in Lepel. The project envisages the construction of 80 single-family houses, 16 semi-detached houses, and low-rise luxury residential buildings.

Work is scheduled to commence in 2020 on the construction object "Reconstruction of the Motor Workshop Building for the Production of Medical Supplies with a Consulting Ophthalmology Office" located at: Lepel, Partizanskaya Street, 11A – Customer: UP "BelKhimos".

LLC "LODE" plans to commence construction of the facility "SPA Complex with Hotel Rooms" at: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, on the land plot with cadastral number 222700000001000702.

The project includes the construction of a three-story building with a total area of 3.6 thousand sq. m. The first floor will house a swimming pool, therapeutic baths, and a dining room; the second floor will accommodate medical service rooms (therapy, diagnostics, dentistry, treatment rooms); and the third floor will feature rooms for recreation (for 60-80 people). Additional service personnel, numbering 50-60 people, will be employed to service the medical facility. This project aims to provide a wide range of services in the wellness and beauty industry, allowing visitors to relax from daily worries, find inner harmony, and gain new life energy.

Construction of fishing lodges in Nesino village, Lepel District, will continue. The customer is LLC "Avtopromservice". Within the boundaries of the allocated land plot, an additional 4 fishing lodges with a total area of over 1000 sq. m will be built.

As part of the investment agreement implementation, construction of a retail facility with an area of approximately 400 sq. m, including a sales area of over 200 sq. m, is planned for 2020 on Voykova Street in Lepel. The investor is LLC "Santa Retail". Representatives of the retail chain position the future store as a retail outlet with

with a universal range of high-quality food products at affordable prices.
