Wear a flicker in the dark

In accordance with the Traffic Regulations, during hours of darkness, when moving along the edge of the roadway or shoulder, as well as when crossing the roadway outside a pedestrian crossing, a pedestrian must identify themselves with a retroreflective element (elements).

By identifying themselves with flickers, a pedestrian enables drivers to notice them in the dark, thereby ensuring their own safety.

For violation of the specified requirement, a pedestrian may be brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine ranging from 1 to 3 base amounts.
