In February of the current year, the State Fire Supervision Inspectorate of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted unscheduled inspections and preventive measures on fire safety issues at the following construction sites:
- Facility "Construction of a shop and temporary accommodation room at the parking lot at km 155+500 of the Minsk-Vitebsk highway (right side)". Construction is carried out by: ODO "Vector-A";
- Facility "Construction of a 60-apartment residential building at Chuykova Street, 70 in Lepel". Construction is carried out by: DKUSP "Lepel PMK-75";
- Facility "Capital repair with modernization of the buildings of Secondary School No. 3 in Lepel".
During the inspection, a number of violations of fire safety norms and rules were identified. For these violations, officials were brought to administrative responsibility in the form of fines.
The Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations reminds the heads and officials of the facilities that they are responsible for observing the fire safety regime at their assigned facilities. In case of violation of fire safety norms and rules, it is the heads and officials who will be brought to administrative responsibility under Article 23.56 Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (Violation of fire safety legislation, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system, –
entails a warning or a fine of up to thirty basic units, and for a legal entity – a warning or a fine of up to two hundred basic units).
