- We are currently in the active phase of the election campaign. This places a special responsibility on the ideological vertical, media representatives, – noted Marina Novitskaya, Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee. – We see how rapidly the internet is developing, how different information can be presented on social networks. Therefore, it is necessary to convey truthful information through communication in work collectives, informational and explanatory work, and informational and propaganda groups.

Among the issues considered are improving the effectiveness of regional television, and the work of ideological vertical personnel in work collectives.
