31 August, Minsk /BELTA correspondent/. New tariffs for certain types of housing and communal services are being introduced in Belarus from 1 September 2011. This is stipulated by Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 1153 of 30 August 2011, the Belarusian government's press service informed BELTA. The tariff for housing maintenance services will increase by 10% - from Br309 to Br340 per month per 1 sq.m of total living space. The tariff for cold water supply will increase from Br467.5 to Br585 per 1 cubic meter - an increase of 25.1%. The tariff for sewerage will increase by 26% - from Br242 to Br305 per 1 cubic meter. The fee for elevator use will increase by 19.6% - from Br1421 to Br1700 per resident per month.-0-
