On July 3, Vitebsk region received new trolleybuses and mobile paramedic and obstetric stations (FAPs) for Independence Day. Certificates for the acquisition of the equipment were solemnly presented to the heads of the relevant organizations on Victory Square in Vitebsk by the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin. Alexander Subbotin also presented the management of "Vitebskoblavtotrans" with a certificate for 10 MAZ trolleybuses.
