In Belarus, when calculating funds to be transferred out of turn to repay wage arrears, employers must reserve Br361.2 per employee. This standard has been applied since February 1, 2019, as reported to BELTA by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

In accordance with Decree No. 483 of November 27, 1995, "On Ensuring Timely Payment of Wages," employers with wage payment arrears will have amounts withheld without dispute, equivalent to 1.5 times the subsistence minimum budget for the working-age population, adjusted for the consumer price index, for each employee, taking into account the coefficients for increasing the tariff rates of workers based on technological types of work, production, and economic sectors.

The subsistence minimum budget for the working-age population, established at December 2018 prices, is Br240.8. Accordingly, increased by one and a half times, it will amount to Br361.2.
