Of the total commissioned housing area of 1,985 sq. metres, a multi-apartment residential building (40-apartment residential building at 38A Sovetskaya Street, in the town of Lepel) accounts for 1,985 sq. metres, and individual residential houses account for 2,454 sq. metres.
Construction of housing facilities is ongoing:
“60-apartment residential building (panel construction) in Borovka village, Borovskiy rural council, Lepel district” with a total area of 3,711 sq. metres;
“40-apartment residential building at 38V Sovetskaya Street in the town of Lepel” with a total area of 2,266 sq. metres.
Commissioning of residential buildings is planned by the end of the current year.
For the future, the issue of constructing multi-apartment residential buildings in Domzheritsy village, Domzheritskiy rural council, and in the town of Lepel on Maksim Gorky Street, Kalinin Street, and Shkolnaya Street is under consideration.
In addition to housing construction facilities, work on the construction of the facility “Construction of a retail facility on Chuikova Street in Lepel, Vitebsk region” is ongoing in the town of Lepel. The developer is the private enterprise “Rio - Rio Grad”.
As part of the implementation of an investment agreement, it is planned to commence the construction of a retail facility with an area of approximately 400 square metres, including a retail area of over 200 square metres, on Voykova Street in the town of Lepel. The investor is LLC “Santa Retail”. Representatives of the retail chain position the future store as a retail outlet with a universal range of high-quality food products at affordable prices.
In addition to the construction of socially significant facilities, special attention in 2019 was paid to existing districts of individual housing development. This work will be continued in 2019.
