For many years of fruitful work and a significant personal contribution to the reconstruction and early commissioning of the facility "Reconstruction of the Polotsk overpass in Vitebsk," the award was presented to Veniamin Barsuk, General Director of the Directorate for Capital Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

This is stipulated by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2020, No. 689.
