Inter-MFA consultations of the CIS member states on the agenda of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly were held on September 4 via video conference. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.

Representatives of Azerbaijan (as an observer), Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and the CIS Executive Committee participated in the meeting.

Representatives of the foreign ministries of the Commonwealth countries discussed the interaction and priorities of the CIS member states during the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, as well as the work of the General Assembly on the implementation of the sustainable development agenda for the period up to 2030.

In addition, the meeting addressed elections to UN bodies.
