The Lepel District Executive Committee invites participation in the public discussion of the architectural and planning concept for the facility "Construction of an administrative building at the address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Lepel village council, 2" (hereinafter referred to as the facility).
The public discussion is held based on the Regulations on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2011 No. 687.
The public discussion period is from October 19, 2022, to November 2, 2022 (inclusive).
You can familiarise yourself with the exhibition materials of the architectural and planning concept of the facility from October 19, 2022, to November 29, 2022 (inclusive) in the foyer on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel city, Leninskaya Street, 6, on working days from 8:00 to 17:00, as well as on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee on the Internet - lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the special section "Public Discussions" and in print media – the newspaper "Lepelski Krai" dated October 14, 2022.
A presentation of the architectural and planning concept of the facility will take place on October 24, 2022, at 17:30 in the assembly hall on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building (Lepel city, Leninskaya Street, building 6).

Construction of an Administrative Building at the Address: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Lepel Village Council, 2" to the Lepel District Executive Committee:

by means of registration in the visitor logbook (register) of the exhibition of the public discussion facility at the address: Lepel town, Leninskaya Street, 6.
Comments and/or proposals from participants of the public discussion, within three working days after the completion of the public discussion, together with the materials on the public discussion facility, will be sent for consideration to the architectural and town-planning council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

The project implementation is planned on a land plot with cadastral number 222782014601000003, at the address: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Lepel Village Council, 2, provided to LLC "LODE" for the maintenance and servicing of buildings and structures.
The project envisages the construction of a two-story (1st floor and attic) administrative building (dimensions in axes 7.8 x 8.8m) with a total area of 124.3 sq. meters. The area of the plot within the scope of work is 153 sq. meters. The first floor is designed to include a hall, an administrator's room, and a restroom. The second floor is designed to include three offices.
The volumetric and spatial solution of the facility is implemented taking into account the use of modern construction materials and structures that have undergone certification for compliance with fire safety, environmental, and sanitary safety requirements, and in accordance with the current documents of the national system of regulation and standardization.
The architectural volume of the administrative building is designed to ensure the normative insolation of existing buildings. Architectural details and colour schemes typical for the surrounding buildings are used to form the facades and integrate with neighbouring structures.
The concept envisages the implementation of a set of measures for the development of the territory under consideration, including comprehensive landscaping of the territory with an organised network of pedestrian connections, observing the requirements for barrier-free movement in conjunction with the greening of the plot.
