Additional measures to streamline the settlement system in construction are provided for by Decree No. 126 of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko "On Opening Special Accounts". BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The Decree provides for granting 43 construction organizations the right to open special accounts until December 31, 2021, for accumulating targeted and current advances transferred for the performance of construction work, and the purchase of materials related to the performance of general contractor and subcontractor functions.
The measures provided for in the decree will contribute to the timely commissioning of facilities under construction and the streamlining of the settlement system in construction. The document also establishes personal responsibility of the heads of organizations granted the right to open special accounts for the targeted use of funds credited to them.
