The event began with a speech by a representative of the regional emergency situations department. Alexander Vladimirovich presented statistics on fires that occurred in the region and the republic, spoke about the main causes of emergencies and deaths from them, and explained the fire safety rules and requirements that must be observed to avoid tragic consequences. He urged adults not to leave children unattended and to minimize possible risks that pose a threat to the life and health of children, announced up-to-date information on how to behave in various emergency situations, gave examples of positive activations of autonomous fire alarms, and recommended equipping households with these devices.
The Head of the Lepel District Emergency Situations Department spoke about fires and emergencies that occurred in the district and in the territory of the Kamensky Village Council in particular, and urged all citizens to be vigilant in ensuring their own safety. At the end of the event, V.E. Lovets reminded those present of the rules for using primary fire extinguishing means, and then the film "The Price of a Moment" was shown.
