The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora reminds that, in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences, for the illegal manufacture, acquisition, storage or sale of instruments for catching fish and other aquatic animals, liability is provided for under Article 16.26 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences.
The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora reminds that, in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences, for the illegal manufacture, acquisition, storage or sale of instruments for catching fish and other aquatic animals, liability is provided for under Article 16.26 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offences.
In accordance with the specified article, the illegal manufacture, acquisition, storage or sale of instruments for catching fish and other aquatic animals, the principles of which are based on the use of electromagnetic fields, sound and other physical effects that affect them, as well as the illegal sale or storage of netting materials, fishing nets, and other instruments made of netting materials, shall entail a fine of up to thirty base units with or without confiscation of the subject of the administrative offence, for an individual entrepreneur – up to two hundred base units with or without confiscation of the subject of the administrative offence, and for a legal entity – up to five hundred base units with or without confiscation of the subject of the administrative offence.
