On measures for the fulfilment of tasks for 2020 on the construction and commissioning of total area of residential buildings

By the Resolution of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated 30 January 2020 No. 45 "On measures to fulfil the targets for 2020 for the construction and commissioning of residential buildings"

By the Resolution of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated 30 January 2020 No. 45 "On measures to fulfil the targets for 2020 for the construction and commissioning of residential buildings", the task for Lepel District for the construction and commissioning of residential buildings amounting to 8766 sq. metres has been set, including 6500 sq. metres for the commissioning of individual residential buildings.

For January - March 2019, 700 sq.m. of housing were commissioned from all sources of funding, which constitutes 10.9% of the established annual target.

Within the framework of implementing Directive No. 8 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 4 March 2019 "On priority areas for the development of the construction industry", the construction of housing for large families is actively underway in the town of Lepel.

In February 2020, the construction of the facility "40-apartment residential building on M. Gorky Street, in Lepel" commenced. By October of the current year, 38 large families will improve their housing conditions in this residential building.

In August 2020, it is planned to commence the construction of the facility "60-apartment residential building on Shkolnaya Street in Lepel". Residential premises will be provided to citizens in need of improved housing conditions.

To date, for the realisation of the rights of other categories of citizens, the Lepel District Executive Committee is studying citizens' demand for the construction of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings in an energy-efficient design, using their own funds in the town of Lepel, for the following facilities:

- "Multi-apartment residential building on Volodarskogo Street in Lepel";

- "Multi-apartment residential building on Internatsionalnaya Street in Lepel".

In addition to housing construction projects, in 2020, work will continue on the construction of the 2nd commissioning stage for the facility "Centre for Labour and Social and Household Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons in Lepel, Lobanka St., 30". Within the framework of this facility, the construction of horticultural and culinary workshops is planned.

Design and estimate documentation is being developed for the construction project "Centre for Social Adaptation, Rehabilitation, Education, Housing for Disabled Persons and Temporary Shelter in Lepel, Lobanka Street, 17".

Within the framework of implementing the investment

under the contract, the construction of a retail facility with an area of approximately 400 square meters, including a retail space of over 200 square meters, is planned to be completed in July 2020 on Voykova Street in Lepel. The investor is "Santa Retail" LLC. Representatives of the retail chain position the future store as a retail outlet with a universal range of high-quality food products at affordable prices.

As part of the implementation of the target indicators of the State Program "Housing Construction for 2016-2020", the development of design documentation for residential buildings is planned for 2020, providing for the predominant construction of housing using eclectic energy for heating, hot water supply, and cooking in a new multi-apartment residential development area in the Serevo-Zapadny district (Vitebskaya - Gospitalnaya Street) in Lepel.

For 2020, the start of work on the construction project "Reconstruction of the motor shop building for the production of medical supplies with a consultative ophthalmology office" located at: Lepel, Partizanskaya Street, 11A, is planned. The customer is "BelHimos" Private Unitary Enterprise.

"LODE" LLC plans to start construction of the facility "SPA complex with hotel rooms" in 2020 at the following address: Vitebsk region, Lepel district, on a land plot with cadastral number 222700000001000702.

The project envisages the construction of a three-story building with a total area of 3.6 thousand square meters. The first floor will house a swimming pool, therapeutic baths, and a dining room; the second floor will accommodate medical service rooms (therapy, diagnostics, dentistry, treatment rooms); the third floor will feature rooms for recreation (for 60-80 people). Additional service personnel of 50-60 people will be involved to service the medical wing. This project plans to provide a wide range of services in the field of health and beauty industry, which will allow guests to relax from everyday worries, find harmony with themselves, and gain new life energy.

Work will continue on the construction of fishing lodges in the village of Nesino, Lepel district, with "Avtopromservis" LLC as the customer. Within the boundaries of the provided land plot, another 4 fishing lodges with a total area of over 1000 square meters will be built.
