In July of the current year, employees of the supervision and prevention inspection of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the Limited Liability Company "Toy Factory".
During the work carried out, it was established that the facility has violations of the general fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises and other facilities owned by business entities, namely:
- floor evacuation plans have not been completed in accordance with the Ministry of Emergency Situations Resolution of 20.04.2018 No. 21 "On establishing the form of the evacuation plan for people in case of fire";
‑ training of employees in fire-technical minimum programs has not been organized;
‑ the facility-wide instruction does not comply with the Ministry of Emergency Situations Resolution of 28.04.2018 No. 28 "On establishing requirements for the content of the facility-wide fire safety instruction";
- the operability and serviceability of fire water supply facilities, as well as their constant readiness for use, have not been ensured;
- the presence of an information stand with fire safety information has not been organized.
Based on the results of the monitoring, recommendations for eliminating the violations were handed over to the head of the company.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regime in their respective organizations.
