In accordance with the Rules for Hunting Management and Hunting, a hunter who has obtained a hunting permit is required, if possible, to return it within the period specified in the permit (if any) to the place of issue, indicating the number of game actually taken by species, or to submit a written report (including via the global computer network Internet) on the number of game taken under this permit, after which it is considered returned.

If the hunter has not returned the hunting permit in accordance with the requirements of the first part of this clause, the user of the hunting grounds that issued the hunting permit has the right to refuse to issue a hunting permit to the hunter for the next calendar year.
