On November 26, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. Open Joint Stock Company "Tekhnolit-Polotsk" will expand its range of innovative products in 2013, the enterprise director Leonid Petrov told a BELTA correspondent.
According to him, the enterprise is currently completing tests of a prototype energy-efficient vacuum station designed to create a vacuum during cow milking. The equipment is based on a rotary vane vacuum pump with an original design. Its capacity is 2.8 thousand l/min, energy consumption is 6 kW/h, and vacuum is 0.5 MPa. AtFurthermore, in 2013, the Polotsk enterprise intends to continue manufacturing equipment and metal structures for equipping livestock complexes, as well as to launch the production of a feed dispenser cart ("milk taxi"). The equipment is designed for heating, pasteurizing, and preparing feed for young cattle. "First and foremost, the enterprise plans to supply feed dispenser carts to agricultural enterprises of the Vitebsk region," noted Leonid Petrov. He added that the region's demand for this product under the program for reconstruction and modernization of dairy complexes exceeds 100 units.
For January-October, the enterprise produced goods worth almost Br73 billion, or 245% compared to the same period last year (in comparable prices - 133%). The energy saving indicator is minus 6.7%. The average salary for October was Br4 million 813 thousand. The share of shipped innovative products in the total volume of shipped goods reached almost 49% compared to 29.3% in the same period last year. The total volume of investment in fixed assets reached Br1.7 billion, and by the end of the year, it is expected to be at the level of Br2.5 billion.Export for 10 months grew by 13% and amounted to about $1.5 million. "Monuments to the heroes of the 1812 war for Maloyaroslavets and the village of Krasnoye in the Smolensk region of the Russian Federation, manufactured by OJSC "Tekhnolit-Polotsk", received high praise from local authorities, opening up prospects for cooperation in 2013. In particular, there are agreements to involve our plant in orders for the improvement of cultural sites in Maloyaroslavets," added Leonid Petrov.
The enterprise was founded in 1927 and joint-stocked in 2002. It specializes in the production of gray cast iron products, metalworking products, and automated milking parlors. The average number of employees is about 370 people. -0-
