On the amendment of the decision of the Lepel District Executive Committee of March 22, 2021 No. 264

Based on Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 No. 108-Z "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus", the Lepel District Executive Committee HAS DECIDED:

Based on Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 No. 108-Z "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus", the Lepel District Executive Committee HAS DECIDED:

1. Clause 1 of the decision of the Lepel District Executive Committee of March 22, 2021 No. 264 "On determining places for mass recreation of citizens in the territory of Lepel District" shall be supplemented with sub-clause 1.4 of the following content:

"1.4. the territory within the boundaries of the beach on Lake Svyatoye".

2. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairpersons of the Lepel District Executive Committee by area of activity.

3. This decision shall enter into force after its official publication.
