On amendments to the attestation of workplaces for working conditions

The Department for Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Lepel District Executive Committee hereby informs you of the following.

By Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2021, No. 125, the following amendments have been made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Attestation of Workplaces according to Working Conditions, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008, No. 253:

paragraph 1, after the word "subordination," shall be supplemented with the words "including by foreign organizations whose activities are recognised as activities through a permanent establishment;";

part four of paragraph 13 shall be supplemented with a paragraph of the following content:

"norms of legislation regulating the provision of compensation for working conditions and professional pension insurance.";

paragraph 15, after the words "employer registration" shall be supplemented with the words "(registration of a foreign organization whose activities are recognised as activities through a permanent establishment)";

part two of paragraph 16, after the word "organization" shall be supplemented with the words "(termination of activities by a foreign organization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus through a permanent establishment)";

paragraph 23 shall be supplemented with a part of the following content:

"The employer shall keep records of employee employment in jobs with harmful and (or) hazardous working conditions.".

This resolution shall enter into force after its official publication.
