Based on paragraph 2 of Article 29 and paragraph 2 of Article 40 of the Water Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Lepel District Executive Committee HAS DECIDED:
Based on paragraph 2 of Article 29 and paragraph 2 of Article 40 of the Water Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Lepel District Executive Committee HAS DECIDED:
1. To designate the following as places for mass recreation of citizens by water on the territory of the Lepel District:
1.1. The territory within the boundaries of the city beach on Lake Lepel;
1.2. The territory within the boundaries of the beach of the state institution "Lepel Military Sanatorium" on Lake Bobritsa;
1.3. The territory within the boundaries of the beach of the communal unitary enterprise "Children's Rehabilitation and Health Centre 'Zhemchuzhina'" on Lake Shchybot.
2. To prohibit swimming from the pontoon bridge of the city park, bridges within the city of Lepel, at the Lepel Hydroelectric Power Station, and in borrow pits intended for fire water supply for the district.
3. To prohibit the use of small vessels, motorboats, jet skis, and boats with outboard motors on Lakes Shchybot and Bobritsa, as well as within 300 meters of the shoreline of the Lepel city beach.
4. To assign control over the implementation of this decision to the Deputy Chairpersons of the Lepel District Executive Committee by area of responsibility.
5. To make this decision public (publish) in the newspaper "Lepelski Krai".
6. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
