Based on clause 35 of the rules for the safety of life on water, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2023, No. 543, the Lepel District Executive Committee HAS DECIDED:
Based on clause 35 of the rules for the safety of life on water, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2023, No. 543, the Lepel District Executive Committee HAS DECIDED:
1. To establish a ban on access to the ice cover of surface water bodies in the Lepel district during periods of formation and (or) destruction of ice cover, as well as when the thickness of crystalline ice cover does not reach 7 centimeters (for one person).
2. To assign control over the implementation of this decision to the Lepel District Organisation of the Republican State-Public Association "Belarusian Republican Society for Rescue on Waters", the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations, and the Deputy Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee for the area of responsibility.
