One of the main conditions for the safe operation of buildings and structures is their correct design, the implementation of all measures provided for by the design during construction and installation work, and the high-quality acceptance of the facility into operation.

Construction sites are under the close attention of employees of state fire supervision bodies. The inspection of such facilities is an important measure aimed at preventing emergencies and eliminating violations of the requirements of technical normative legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system. However, as practice shows, the basic requirements of fire safety rules are often neglected at construction sites, which consequently leads to fires.
Fires on construction sites and on construction facilities themselves are often associated with violations by employees of construction organizations of fire safety rules during construction and installation work and the operation of construction site facilities, which often manifests as violations of the rules for the installation and operation of electrical networks, electrical equipment, and heat-generating units, and non-compliance with fire safety regulations (smoking in unauthorized areas, use of open flames, etc.).
Free passage of fire and rescue vehicles and access to fire hydrants must be ensured at construction sites and buildings under construction. Smoking on the territory of construction sites is permitted only in designated and equipped areas; only factory-made stoves are allowed to be installed in utility rooms; homemade electric heating devices are not permitted to be operated.
Dear Managers!
Remember that most of the listed requirements do not entail significant financial investments, and their compliance will allow you to ensure the safety of your employees, as well as reduce the risk of losses from fires.
