Duties of the Hunt Leader

check that hunters possess the documents specified in clauses 108 and/or 109 of these Rules;

verify that hunting weapons and ammunition comply with the permitted hunting tools and methods;

instruct hunters and beaters on safety regulations and hunting procedures, which shall be confirmed by the signatures of these persons and the hunt leader, if indicated on the reverse side of the hunting permit for the extraction of game, in the said hunting permit.

119. The instructions of the hunt leader during the hunt are mandatory for all its participants and must be unconditionally followed. The hunt leader shall be present at the hunting site and shall bear personal responsibility for compliance with the requirements set forth in clauses 110–112, 114, 116–118, 120–124, 127, 132, 160, 161, 164, and 167 of these Rules.
