The regional stage of the republican competition "Our Talents to You, Belarus!" among trade union and departmental club institutions will be held in Vitebsk on October 27, BELTA was informed by the press service of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus.
The event will be held in the format of a competition of thematic concert programs of club institutions, lasting up to 30 minutes. The programs will include various types and genres of artistic creativity, performances by the best ensembles and individual performers. In addition to the competition performances, a round table will be organized, during which jury members and heads of club institutions will discuss issues of culture and leisure development in work collectives.
Seven cultural institutions have declared their participation in the regional stage, including the Palace of Culture of OJSC "Naftan", the House of Culture of railway workers of Orsha, the club of the trade union committee of OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Factory", and the department of rehabilitation work of UP "Elect" of the public association "Belarusian Association of the Visually Impaired". The winner of the regional stage will represent the Vitebsk region in the final, which will be held in Minsk in December.
A prologue to the competition will be the screening of the historical and art project "Seven Secrets of Belarus" in Vitebsk. This is a joint project of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus and the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts. Screenings will take place in the "Vitebsk" concert hall on October 26 (in the afternoon - for schoolchildren, in the evening - for adult audiences and festival participants).
The organizers of the competition are the Main Department for Culture and Public Relations of the apparatus of the FSTB Council, the Vitebsk Regional Trade Union Association, and the Republican Palace of Culture of Trade Unions.
