The forum is attended by 500 representatives from various fields of activity: from culture and sports to industry and agriculture.
For two days, the forum will serve as a unified platform for the most active and initiative-taking young people from all corners of the Vitebsk region.
The task set by the organisers was to provide young people with tools for personal and professional growth, to support initiatives, and to jointly contribute to the development of the region.
The forum is organised by the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Regional Executive Committee, the Regional Trade Union Association, the Regional Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, and the Regional Council of Working Youth.
Vyacheslav Durnov, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee:
— The Regional Youth Forum "Time of Your Opportunities" provides young people with a chance to meet, get to know each other better, exchange initiatives and contacts, in order to interact and develop their professional skills in the future.
The name of the forum speaks for itself. Over two days, participants will be able to discuss the prospects for the country's development within the framework of the new five-year plan and in the context of the adopted Programme for Socio-Economic Development of the State. It is important for young people to realise their significance for Belarus and understand how their actions affect the country's future.
You have two busy days ahead of you. I hope you will appreciate all the opportunities and prospects of our enterprises.

– We have an excellent opportunity for sincere mutual communication. The heads of enterprises, masters of industrial production, have something to share with you. This is their unique experience, which has been passed down from generation to generation. – This is my first time participating in the regional forum. Looking at the programme of events, I realise that what lies ahead are not just interesting meetings, but real discoveries. I am sure that I will be able to make new friendships and exchange experiences with amazing people. I always want to learn something new. I think every leader has something to teach, and we, the youth, are also ready to share, for example, the rich experience of our enterprise, which, like many others in the Vitebsk region, achieves success.
