On May 8, the renovated Civil Registry Office was opened in Lepel after renovation. The solemn opening ceremony of the updated facility was attended by the Chairman of the Lepel District Council of Deputies Igor Urban, the chief specialist of the notary, civil registry and licensing control department for legal services of the main department of justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Olga Petrus, as well as the dean of the Lepel district Sergiy Leshkevich.

The first newlyweds did not have to wait long. On the opening day, Evgeny Ovsyannikov and Yulia Lyakh tied the knot. It is symbolic that such a facility opened on the eve of Victory Day... This once again reminds us of how happy a generation we are! To live in peace, to create families and have children in our native land - is this not happiness?
