January 3, Minsk /Anna Kot - BELTA/. OJSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" and OJSC "Polotsktransneft Druzhba" have been established by transforming republican unitary enterprises. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the press service of the Belneftekhim concern. In accordance with Decree No. 331 of June 25, 2010, and orders of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus, RUP "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" has been transformed into OJSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba", and Novopolotsk RUP for oil transportation "Druzhba" into OJSC "Polotsktransneft Druzhba". The established open joint-stock companies have received certificates of state registration of legal entities in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs. OJSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" was registered on December 29, 2010, by the Gomel City Executive Committee, and OJSC "Polotsktransneft Druzhba" on December 30, 2010, by the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee. The charters of the organizations that are successors to the rights and obligations of the transformed republican unitary enterprises have also been approved by the local authorities.-0-
