The Council is an advisory, consultative, and expert body designed to ensure effective interaction between the Centre and entities involved in law-making activities, including public associations.
It will consider proposals for the formation of annual plans for the preparation of draft laws and discuss the most significant ones. Furthermore, one of the Council's tasks is to prepare recommendations for improving the organizational and methodological support for the preparation of draft legislative acts.
