Public discussion

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 01.06.2011 No. 687, as amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 10.02.2014 No. 109, the Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) hereby notifies about the public discussion in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and studying public opinion on the architectural and planning concept for the construction of the facility "Construction of a retail pavilion, located at: Republic of Belarus, Vitebsk region, Lepel district, Gorsky village council, village of Zaslonovo, U-1" (hereinafter referred to as the "facility").

Customer – Lepel District Consumer Society.

Project objective – improvement of social and domestic services for the population.

The project implementation is planned within the boundaries of the adjacent territory of the apartment building complex in the village of Zaslonovo, (area of residential building No. 642), Gorsky village council, Lepel district on a land plot with an area of 0.0144 hectares.

Organizer of public discussions – Lepel District Executive Committee. Location: Vitebsk region, Lepel, Leninskaya Street, 6.

The public discussion will commence on 30.07.2018 and conclude on 23.08.2018 inclusive.

The exhibition of the architectural and planning concept for the construction of the facility will be held at the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee from 30.07.2018 to 13.08.2018 daily (except Saturdays and Sundays) from 8:00 to 17:00 in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel, Leninskaya Street, 6.

The presentation of the architectural and planning concept for the construction of the facility will be held at the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee from 01.08.2018 to 03.08.2018 (inclusive) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel, Leninskaya Street, bld. 6.

For familiarisation with the graphic materials during the discussions, you can contact the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in office No. 107 (except Saturdays and Sundays).

Comments and/or proposals on the architectural and planning concept for the construction of the facility should be submitted from 30.07.2018 to 23.08.2018 (inclusive). Written comments and/or proposals can be left from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the public discussion log, located in office No. 107 of the Lepel District Executive Committee; by postal service: at the address: 211174 Lepel, Leninskaya Street, bld. 6, Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee; by using the website: lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by.

The submitted comments and/or proposals on the public discussion of the facility will be sent for consideration to the Architectural and Urban Planning Council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, represented by the Chief Architect of the Vitebsk Region, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Yu. Ch. Vyzhykovsky.

Information on the results of the public discussion will be available on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the "Public Discussions" section, on the information stands of the Lepel District Executive Committee, and in the mass media.
