Over the past weekend, 55 road traffic accidents with material damage were registered on the roads of the Vitebsk region, 19 of which occurred in the regional center.
11 drunk drivers and 24 drivers without a license were apprehended. 139 drivers violated speed limits, and 12 violated overtaking rules.180 pedestrians were brought to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules. Of these, 20 were intoxicated, and 139 were without retroreflective elements.
