The State Automobile Inspectorate of the Vitebsk region strongly recommends that drivers choose a safe speed and distance to the vehicle ahead, be extremely attentive behind the wheel, and take into account weather and road conditions. Pedestrians must strictly comply with traffic rules and identify themselves with reflective elements during dark hours.
